Winter Market Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Winter Market at Maymont. At Maymont’s first outdoor holiday market, you’ll join other local makers and vendors as guests enjoy live music, food trucks and seasonal treats. Maymont’s historic buildings and natural beauty decked out in holiday spirit make the perfect backdrop for this event.
The market is scheduled to be held on the Carriage House Lawn at Maymont, on Saturday, December 4, from 10am-3:30pm (rain date December 5). The event layout will allow for safe social distancing, with large booth spaces, socially distanced check-out lines, and a spacious footprint.
By participating in the Winter Market at Maymont, vendors can expect exposure to hundreds of gift-buying guests in just one day and inclusion in Maymont’s promotional efforts. Artisans, makers, and vendors of all genres are encouraged to apply. Unique, locally-crafted products are especially preferred. In an effort to provide a great experience for both vendors and guests, we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors with similar products.
If you are selected as a Winter Market vendor, you will be sent an invitation email and vendor contract, at which point the $50 nonrefundable registration fee will be due The registration fee increases to $50 for contracts received after November 1. In addition to registration fees, each vendor will agree to donate 15% of gross sales at the Winter Market to Maymont. As a non-profit organization, proceeds from the Winter Market help to support Maymont operations
