An Art History Class sponsored by the Maymont CouncilPresented by Charles W. BrownellDr. Charles Brownell, Emeritus Professor of Art History, Virginia Commonwealth University, investigates ceramic artistry in a series of four classes. From the Stone Age in China to the Victorian and Early Modern eras in Britain and America, Dr. Brownell’s vibrant lectures and intense analysis draw upon a lifetime of study and enthusiastic collecting.
