Toast the fall with friends and family at Bier-Garden on the Carriage House Lawn at Maymont! This two-night German-style festival is the perfect way to celebrate the change of seasons in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Lederhosen and dirndls encouraged! Bring the kids on Saturday, when they will find crafts, games and their favorite entertainers in the Kinderzone.
Volunteers Needed!
We're seeking volunteers to support activities, registration, bartending, and entertainment. Most volunteer roles are 21+.
Online ticket purchase is recommended, as capacity will be limited.
Tickets are non-refundable. Bier-Garden is a rain or shine event, except in case of severe weather. If you are unable to attend the event, please consider your ticket purchase as a donation to help keep Maymont free and open year-round.
Fun in the Festhaus
Grab a seat at the long tables under the big Festhaus tents with your bratwurst and beer while enjoying live music performances.
FRIDAY: Pay Rent Brass Band
SATURDAY: The Original Elbe Musikanten German Band and folk dances by the Hirschjäger Dancers from 11am-3pm, Pay Rent Brass Band at 4pm, No BS! Brass Band at 7pm
Get out on the dance floor for the traditional Chicken Dance or test your strength with the Stein-Hoisting Contest presented by Capital Ale House.

Additional Information
Event parking is available at the Historic Estate Entrance and The Robins Nature Center in addition to street parking. The Farm entrance will be closed for the event. Guests will enter through the Hampton Street Gate at the south end of the Historic Estate parking lot.
On Saturday, The Robins Nature Center will be open to guests with Bier-Garden tickets from 11am-5pm. The Maymont Mansion will be closed to the public.
